European SEM at IMC Stockholm 2006

Originally IMC 2006 was scheduled to be a three day show - that has changed. It's now going to be a one day event. Why? Well - long story - but to cut it short - this is the best format for IMC 2006.
The day starts at 8.30 am with a 30 minute brief by myself about the status of Internet Marketing in general and in the Scandinavian region in particular.
Each hour will then consist of in general 30-40 minutes of presentation from 3-4 speakers plus 20-30 minutes of interaction with the audience and the moderator. Morning program from 9 - 12 will be about effective handling of visitors to your site. Afternoon program from 13.30 to 16.30 will be about creative ways of getting more traffic.
Presentation of the 4 panels:
- Defining the success of your online precense
- The participants will discuss different methods of measuring success online; partly in general, partly in specific to various Industries (such as E-commerce or Banking).
- Improving your current online presence
- This panel is about improving your 'current' online activites. Smart ideas, tips and knowledge that increases sales, leads and brand awareness of your online presence without requiring complete make-overs.
- Increasing your online presence
- This panel covers all essential ways of generating more traffic to your online acitives as well as how to increase your online presence without 'stealing' from your current one (for example; starting a campaign site).
- Hold - how do you keep an online community loyal?
- The final session focuses at the most important task - making your current online friends even more friendly to your website and your presence online.
